Welcome to Zimbuck! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Zimbuck ("Zimbuck," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Zimbuck platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Zimbuck, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• Engage in spam, scams, phishing, or other fraudulent activity.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code, or attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Collect, scrape, or harvest other users' data without permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Zimbuck ("Your Content").
• By posting Your Content, you grant Zimbuck a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and promoting the Service.
• This license ends when you delete Your Content, except where it has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or where retention is required by law.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

5. Content Moderation

We may, but are not obligated to, review, monitor, remove, or restrict any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We are not responsible for content posted by users and do not endorse any user-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Zimbuck name, logo, designs, software, and all related materials are owned by Zimbuck and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

7. Copyright & DMCA Policy

Zimbuck respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Zimbuck without authorization, please send a notice to support@zimbuck.com including:

1. A description of the copyrighted work.
2. The location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material.
3. Your contact information.
4. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services that are not owned or controlled by Zimbuck. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Advertising

Zimbuck may display advertisements and promotional content. We are not responsible for the products or services offered by advertisers, and any dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
