📚 WHAT IS DOLLAR-COST AVERAGING?
Dollar-cost averaging (DCA) means investing the same fixed amount at regular intervals — weekly, monthly, on payday — no matter what the price is doing.
💵 Same amount, set schedule: the buying happens automatically, on a plan
📉 When the price is lower, that fixed amount buys more units
📈 When the price is higher, it buys fewer — so your entry cost averages out over time
DCA removes the pressure to time the perfect entry and takes emotion out of the decision. It does not guarantee a profit or protect against a falling market — it is a discipline, not a prediction.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is a momentum indicator that measures how fast and how far a price has moved, on a scale from 0 to 100.
📈 Above 70 is traditionally read as overbought — buyers may be exhausted
📉 Below 30 is traditionally read as oversold — sellers may be exhausted
⏱️ The standard setting uses 14 periods, developed by J. Welles Wilder in 1978
RSI does not predict price on its own — traders use it alongside trend, volume and support/resistance to judge whether a move is stretched.

All seven Magnificent Seven stocks have now opted out of the OKX-ICE tokenized-stock venue — and the total is 67 companies. The venue had the tech right: 24/7 trading, 1-to-1 custody, stablecoin settlement. What it didn't have was the issuers' permission. Under the SEC's innovation exemption, companies get 30 days to object — and they did, in numbers. The lesson for tokenization: consent is the scarce resource now, not the chain.
