BREAKING: Nasdaq has approved the listing of Canary Capital's Staked INJ ETF — the first US-listed staked product for Injective. The fund will trade under ticker INJC and stake at least 90% of its INJ holdings, with a 1.10% sponsor fee. INJ surged around 10% in 24 hours to near $8.40, leading the CoinDesk 100 gainers. Trading still awaits the S-1 going effective with the SEC.

🚨 French banking group Crédit Mutuel Arkéa has confirmed a cyberattack — after onchain investigator ZachXBT flagged more than $133M in suspected losses, later converted into crypto.
The bank says attackers reached it through a service provider's platform and used the bank's own account to push fraudulent transfers to other banks. Customer funds were NOT affected, operations have resumed, and part of the stolen funds has been blocked.
Paris prosecutors have opened an investigation. ZachXBT first flagged $106M on Nov 2, then raised the estimate above $133M — the bank validated the order of magnitude but has not confirmed an exact figure.
