🚨 BREAKING: Chainalysis — the blockchain analytics firm used by exchanges, banks and law enforcement — has confirmed hackers exposed password hashes and live authentication tokens for ALL of its users.
Key facts:
• Names, usernames, password hashes and live tokens for all users exposed (discovered Nov 2, disclosed Nov 4)
• Some KYT accounts appear to have been accessed without authorisation
• KYT, Reactor, Data Solutions, address screening and the login page taken offline
• All users must reset passwords and rotate API keys; services returning via IP allowlist
• No evidence investigation data was accessed; incident not linked to the Binance hack
The breach was first disclosed Oct 30 after an attacker used 'offensive agentic techniques' to get inside Chainalysis systems.

🌍 The world's poorest nations are paying the highest borrowing costs since 1989, the World Bank warns.
📊 Developing countries' external debt hit a record $9.4 trillion in 2025 — up 5.5%, the biggest jump since 2021.
💸 The poorest nations paid an average 8.2% on new private borrowing — and 9.4% on new bonds. Debt service hit $1.4 trillion in 2025, the fifth straight yearly rise.
The World Bank warns the rising bill is crowding out spending on schools, hospitals and infrastructure.

🇫🇷 FRANCE DROPS CRYPTO TAX IN 458–0 VOTE
France's National Assembly has rejected the revenue section of its 2027 budget — wiping out three crypto measures in one vote:
• Tax on crypto-to-stablecoin swaps — dropped
• Mandatory disclosure of self-custodied holdings over €100,000 — dropped
• Higher penalties for crypto platforms — dropped
The vote was 458–0, with two abstentions. The Senate takes up the bill from Nov 20, so the measures could still return — but for now, French crypto holders keep the current rules.
