  📊 WHAT IS MARKET CAP?
  
  Market cap (market capitalisation) is the total value of a coin or a company — calculated as price × total supply (for crypto) or price × shares outstanding (for stocks).
  
  Example: a coin priced at $2 with 500 million coins in circulation has a market cap of $1 billion. A $100 coin with only 1 million coins has a market cap of just $100 million — so the cheaper coin is actually the bigger asset.
  
  That is why smart investors compare market cap, not just price. Price alone never tells you how big — or how risky — an asset really is. 📚
