🚨 BREAKING: ARK ETF Trust has filed with the US SEC to launch 14 new thematic ETFs — including one built entirely around tokenization.

• 14 ETFs covering AI, robotics, biotech and tokenized market infrastructure
• The ARK Tokenized Market Infrastructure ETF targets tokenization platforms, stablecoin issuers, exchanges, custodians and settlement networks
• It can gain indirect exposure to ETH and SOL via swaps linked to US-listed crypto ETPs — it will not hold digital assets directly
• Preliminary prospectus dated Nov 6; expected to become effective 75 days after filing; tickers not yet set; the SEC has not approved the funds
