🚨 French banking group Crédit Mutuel Arkéa has confirmed a cyberattack — after onchain investigator ZachXBT flagged more than $133M in suspected losses, later converted into crypto. The bank says attackers reached it through a service provider's platform and used the bank's own account to push fraudulent transfers to other banks. Customer funds were NOT affected, operations have resumed, and part of the stolen funds has been blocked. Paris prosecutors have opened an investigation.
