🇨🇳 BREAKING: China is investigating Solana's promotion in the country. The People's Bank of China confirmed today that authorities halted Solana's 'Accelerate China 2026' event in Shanghai before it began, and will now investigate the companies and individuals behind the campaign. The PBOC says Solana used a domestic company to run high-profile ads — including on the Citigroup Tower in Shanghai's Lujiazui financial district — and that promoting SOL violates China's February 2026 crypto rules. SOL is trading near $90, down 7% in 24 hours. #Solana #SOL #China #CryptoNews #CryptoRegulation #Blockchain #Zimbuck

🤖 Texas is putting the brakes on new data centres. Governor-elect Gina Hinojosa told CNN on Thursday that Texas will stop new data-centre projects until laws are in place to protect Texans — saying the sites have moved into rural communities with "no rules and laws to protect Texans." Texas is the second-biggest data-centre hub in the US: 80+ centres already operating, 50 under construction and 120+ planned. Hinojosa takes office on Jan 19, 2027, and says any partnership with the industry — including Elon Musk's companies — will be on "our terms." The crackdown is already rattling AI stocks: CoreWeave fell 9.9% and Nvidia 3.17% on Nov 4, and at least 33 US cities voted this week to rein in data-centre building. #DataCenters #AI #Texas #Nvidia #CoreWeave #TechStocks #Zimbuck

🇰🇷 South Korea has delayed its crypto gains tax for a FOURTH time — now set to start in January 2029 instead of January 2027. Finance Minister Lee Hyoung Il announced the two-year delay on Thursday, citing gaps in overseas transaction reporting and the wait for US tax-information exchange, which begins in 2029. Under the plan, annual crypto gains above 2.5 million won (about $1,860) would be taxed at 22%, and investors get a three-year loss carryforward. The tax was first proposed in 2020 and was originally due in 2022. #SouthKorea #CryptoTax #Bitcoin #CryptoNews #Zimbuck
