The deal gives Adani a 100% stake in Evos: 8 port-based liquid storage terminals across 5 European countries, with 6.3 million cubic metres of capacity. Evos posted €392M revenue and €219M EBITDA in 2025. The deal is debt-funded (MUFG sole underwriter, up to €2.8B) and needs regulatory approvals.
